CMC & Associates is a small company with large capabilities. We eliminate the layers and provide personalized service to expedite the process and save you time. We are flexible in delivering the services you need so you only pay for what you need. In Meeting Planning, our primary service is procuring a venue for your event that meets the dynamics of the meeting and falls within the budgetary constraints. The site selection process is free of charge and includes contract negotiations with the hotel to insure the best rates for your group. Our bargaining power, from delivering between 120-150 meetings a year, is much greater than that of a single entity delivering 1-2 meetings a year.
In Conference Management, we provide an array of services that can be hand-picked to fulfill the needs of your group. Our services are as minimal as site selection to as complex as full conference management including registration, collection of fees and payment of accounts due, contract negotiations for all vendors, transfers, field trips, entertainment, menu development and budget management, tradeshows, printing and graphics, web site management and golf tournaments.
In Association Management, we will provide the management skills that ensure member acquisition and retention, Board meetings are effective, communication is fluid, legal and financial requirements are met, budget development and management is precise, educational opportunities are provided, and as well as producing vibrant and educational conferences and assisting with and supporting the lobbying efforts of the association.
For Training, we offer modules in leadership training, career building, teambuilding, communication, time management, prioritizing workloads, project management and several other management enhancing modules. Our lead instructor, Dr. William Smitley, PhD., has worked with worldwide companies developing courses for management and leadership training. He brings a unique perspective and can create a training module to fit your specific needs.
