Training

CMC & Associates has been developing and conducting training courses for over 8 years.  Acting as a facilitator, we use our meeting planning expertise to secure the most favorable accommodations and team up with an expert in the field to develop and conduct the training.  We teamed up with the late Louis B. Stephens, P.E., of LBS Consulting, to develop and conduct training in Maintenance of Traffic in Construction Zones, Roadside Design, Mutual Gaines Contract Negotiations, Project Management and Ethics in the Real World for Engineers.  We are currently under contract, for the third year, with the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) to conduct their 54th Annual National Transportation Management Conference.  We have partnered with Dr. William Smitley, PhD., of Avalon Solutions, to develop and conduct the leadership segments of the training.  To provide the transportation segments of the training, we have partnered with Tom Barry, P.E., of PBS&J, and Dr. Eugene Conti, PhD., Secretary, North Carolina DOT.  While leadership training is our strength, we are flexible in our training capabilities and if we feel we can satisfy your training needs, we will develop a class that is tailored to your needs by experts in your field.
