Exhibitor and Sponsor Registration

Each exhibit space will be eight-feet by ten-feet and defined by eight-foot high back drape and three-foot high side drape. Each space is furnished with one six-foot draped table, a wastebasket, two chairs and one booth identification sign. Please indicate in the "SPECIAL NEEDS" box your three choices for booths in the order of preference. Every effort will be made to accommodate your choice.

All sponsors will be recognized in the on-site Conference Program Guide given to every registrant with special sponsor ribbons for all on-site personnel and with a sign posted at your sponsored event.

In addition to the items above, sponsorships of $1,000 + will include your company name listed on entrance way unit into Exhibit Hall and special acknowledgement in Final Conference Program.

In addition to the items above, sponsorships of $2,000 or more will include a free 1/4 page ad in the Conference Program, are eligible for a 50% discount on the price of a booth and can provide a promotional item for FLA to include in attendee's conference bags.

In addition to the items above, sponsorships of $2,500 or more will have the company link posted on the FLA web site as a "Major Sponsor" and an upgrade to a 1/2 page ad in the Conference Program.

In addition to the items above, sponsorships of $4,000 or more will have an email sent from FLA to the conference registrants before the conference that includes company contact information.

General session and event sponsors can speak for two minutes during the program; co-sponsors would split this opportunity.

Bronze Sponsorship - $500 donation

Sponsor the Cyber Cafe' where attendees will be able to check email

Following lunch and the Annual FLA Business Meeting with installation of the new Board and awards ceremony.  Florida environmental writer and documentary film maker will close the conference.

This sponsorship provides centerpieces for the Friday luncheon.

Gold Sponsorship - $2,500 donation

Casual fun, refreshments and Silent Auction fundraiser to benefit FLA's scholarship fund.

Your company name and logo appears on the back cover of the printed awards program.

Silver Sponsorship - $1,500

Nationally known presenter Helen Blowers, Creator of 23 Things, is a dynamic, can't-miss speaker.

The Thursday lunch sponsor will host a light lunch for attendees in the exhibit hall.
